Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive confirmation via email along with item tracking.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return your products to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange but please note we are unable to accept returns on cut to order fabrics.
Before you send your items back you need to contact me via the website contact form quoting your order number to discuss and authorise the return. Please return the goods in their original resaleable condition (this includes any promotional items or free gifts otherwise we will deduct the full retail value of the goods from your refund)
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage or use a tracked service when returning goods and refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless your item is faulty, in such event we will refund your original postage costs.
Remnants, cut to order fabrics (Fabrics purchased by the half metre) and clearance goods are excluded from refunds or exchanges)
All orders are carefully checked and packed to ensure they are free from defects so in the unlikey event something goes wrong please contact us as soon as possible.
I process orders typically between Monday 8:00 to Saturday 11:00. This excludes bank holidays. while I try to proces and dispatch orders on the same day please allow up to 48 hours during busy periods.
Delivery times within the UK are on average between one to three working days after dispatch, I always endevour to use the quickest carrier available but if your order has been dispatched please allow 7 working days before contacting me. If you require guaranteed next day delivery please contact me prior to ordering to confirm and you will need to pay surcharge for this, Price would be dependant on order size and weight.
International postage will be subject to typical delivery times of up to 2 weeks depending on the carrier but most usually arrive within 7 days. I will always aim for the quickest courier method but once the package has been dispatched but due to customs clearance procedures in the recipients country I cannot guarantee delivery times or be responsible for any delays due to customs clearance processing delays. All orders are sent via a fully tracked service. If you require expedited shipping this is available on request but a surcharge will be applicable.
